At Pasteur Pharmacy, we want you to be fully satisfied with your beauty and grooming purchases. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a trackable carrier to our New York pharmacy location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
