DIRECTIONS: To moisturize feet and hands using silicone socks and gloves, first, apply a generous amount of our high-quality foot lotion bar cream or healing salve.  Then, slip on the socks and gloves and wear them for a 10-30 minute intensive healing treatment.  These are NOT meant to sleep in, as your skin needs to breathe at night. The socks and gloves help lock in moisture, enhancing the absorption of the moisturizer and keeping your feet and hands hydrated and healing up cracked skin. After use, rinse the socks with warm water (or throw them in your washing machine with your clothes) and let them dry.
