DIRECTIONS: To moisturize hands using silicone gloves, first, apply a generous amount of our high-quality hand cream or preferred creams.  Then, slip on the gloves and wear them for 10-30 minutes, or even overnight, if desired, for an even more intensive healing treatment.  After use, rinse the gloves with warm water (or throw them in your washing machine with your clothes) and let them dry.
