To apply Elite Embrace rubbing powder, follow these steps:

 

1. Prepare the Base: Apply a base coat to your nails. If you are using a dense color, it is recommended to apply a black or dark color underneath to enhance the final look.

 

2. Rub with Alcohol: Once the base coat is dry, rub the nail with 70% alcohol. Wait for 7 to 10 seconds for the alcohol to evaporate slightly.
